Community Content & Conduct Rulesv1.1

By playing on the server or participating in the Discord, you agree to follow all rules here as well as in the discord. The following rules govern what you can say, post, display, or build.

0) Scope & Definitions

  • Applies to: all public channels, voice chats, tickets, status messages, nicknames, profiles, avatars, banners, custom statuses, in-game chat/signs/books/item names, maps/banners, and all builds visible in-game (including armor stands, pixel art, banners, statues, and redstone displays used to show words/symbols).
  • Off-platform conduct: If it targets our community (e.g., Discord DMs about the server, doxx threats elsewhere), we may act.
  • Intent & impact: We consider both. “It was a joke,” “It’s just a meme,” or “I didn’t mean it that way” is not a shield if it causes harm.

1) Speech & Behavior

1.1 What Is Allowed

  • Swearing is fine in moderation.
    ➝ Directing repeated profanity toward players can become harassment.

1.2 What Is Not Allowed

  • Hate speech or slurs against a group or identity (e.g., the n-word, f-slur, etc.), including censored or spaced-out versions.
  • Sexual remarks or requests about a player (body comments, “send pics,” sexual jokes aimed at someone).
  • Threats or self-harm messages: “kys,” “I’ll find you,” “I hope you die,” or any threat of IRL harm.
  • Doxxing or privacy hits: sharing names, addresses, schools, phone numbers, IPs, work, photos without permission.

1.3 When Trash Talk Becomes Bullying/Harassment

We treat it as bullying/harassment if:

  • You keep going after they say “stop” or a mod tells you to stop.
  • You follow them to other channels or DMs to continue the argument.
  • You try to pile on by getting others to target one person.
  • You spam insults (copy-pastes, walls of insults), or you keep dragging them day after day.
  • You mix insults with hate, sexual comments, threats, or doxxing.

2) Sexual Content & NSFW — Global Prohibition

  • No sexual content anywhere: erotic talk, fetish content, sexual role-play, “thirst” posts aimed at users, explicit or suggestive media, or links to adult sites.
  • No sexualized comments about players (appearance, body parts, “rate me,” “send pics,” etc.).
  • No pornographic, nudity, or fetish imagery, including anime/3D renders if sexualized.
  • No sexual humor targeting specific players, even if they seem okay with it. Consent is not a waiver for public spaces.

3) Zero-Tolerance: Sexual Harassment, Exploitation & Grooming

Immediate and typically permanent bans for any sexual behavior toward minors or non-consenting persons, or attempts to build rapport with the intent to sexualize later.

Covered behaviors (non-exhaustive):

  • Asking about age in sexual contexts; sexual remarks directed at a person; “jokes” about sexual acts with/at someone; explicit nicknames for others.
  • Requesting or hinting at sexual images/voice/video (including “SFW but sexual,” underwear, body shots, or “prove it” challenges).
  • Inviting or initiating sexual role-play; “age-play”; “teacher/student” or similar dynamics.
  • Grooming signals: excessive gifts, moving chats to DMs to isolate, urging secrecy from staff/parents, normalizing sexual topics, testing boundaries via “jokes,” promising perks/ranks/items for romantic/sexual attention.
  • Any sexual/romantic pursuit after a “no,” or after staff say to stop.
  • Sexual content involving minors in any form (even as “jokes” or past media). We remove and report.

Action: permanent ban; relevant evidence may be escalated to platform safety and/or law enforcement.

4) Hate Symbols, Extremism & Violence Imagery

  • Forbidden: Nazi/KKK/terrorist flags, swastikas, SS bolts, Celtic crosses used as hate symbols, extremist slogans, terrorist propaganda, or praise for real-world violence.
  • Covers: builds (pixel art, banners), capes/skins, profile images, item names, signs/books, and posted images/links.

5) Names, Avatars, Skins, Capes, Item Names & Cosmetics

  • Must be appropriate: no slurs, sexual references, gore, shock content, or extremist iconography.
  • No impersonation: do not style your name/avatar to look like staff or another player/creator; do not use “Admin/Mod/Staff” tags.
  • Item names/books/signs: same standards as chat. No “gotcha” renames designed to bypass filters.
  • Capes/elytra banners/armor stands: no NSFW or hate symbols.

6) Builds & Visual Content (In-Game)

  • Prohibited content in builds (anywhere): sexual/erotic imagery; genitalia/nudity; fetish/gore; hate symbols or extremist propaganda; doxx threats written into terrain; slur walls; grief-art aimed to harass a player (e.g., giant insult signs facing their base).
  • Targeted harassment via builds is banned: statues, signs, or maps designed to mock, threaten, or demean specific players.
  • Map art/banners: subject to all content rules; NSFW/hate imagery will be removed.
  • Staff may remove/rollback offensive builds immediately and without warning.

7) Images, Links, and Media

  • No NSFW/sexual links or previews; no “borderline” click-throughs (“SFW thumbnail but NSFW site”).
  • No gore/shock media or distribution of accidents/violence footage.
  • No illegal media (pirated clients with malware, token grabbers, doxx packs, etc.).
  • Spoilers & loud media: use spoiler tags and volume-safe clips; no ear-rape or flashing strobe videos.

8) Impersonation, Misrepresentation & Advertising

  • No pretending to be staff/partners/creators. Fake verification badges, copied avatars, or similar names = punishment.
  • No unsolicited advertising of other Minecraft servers/Discords/communities in public or DMs.
  • Self-promo only where explicitly allowed by channel rules.

9) Spam, Disruption & Channel Use

  • No spam: text floods, repeated posts, mass emoji chains, copypasta walls, or excessive @mentions.
  • Sound/mic spam: soundboards at high volume, continuous background noise, feedback loops, or disruptive music without consent.
  • Channel discipline: use the correct channels and stay on topic; take disputes to tickets, not public call-outs.

10) Privacy, Doxxing & Threats

  • No sharing personal info (yours or others’): real names, addresses, schools, IPs, phone numbers, workplace details, private photos.
  • Doxxing, blackmail, and threats (including “I know where you live,” SWAT threats, or extortion) are strictly forbidden and may result in permanent bans and external reports.

12) Enforcement & Appeals (Content/Conduct Only)

  • Severity, context, impact, history guide actions. Staff may act without prior warning for severe breaches (e.g., grooming, doxxing, hate symbols).
  • Possible actions: content removal, rename/skin change, mutes/timeouts, channel restrictions, kicks, temporary/permanent bans.
  • Appeals: open a ticket. Provide timestamps, screenshots/clips. Do not harass staff or brigade.

14) Updates

  • Rules may change; check #announcements/#changelogs. Continuing to use the server/Discord means you accept the latest version.

🌟 Bottom Line

This is a community, not just a server. The goal is simple: create a space where people can play, build, and hang out without being harassed or disrespected. You don’t have to like everyone, but you do have to treat people decently.

If you’re angry, trash talk a bit, or joke around, that’s fine — but once it crosses into hate, sexual harassment, threats, doxxing, or nonstop targeting, staff will step in. Staff are trusted to make judgment calls; if you push boundaries, expect action.

Respect others, keep things fun, and don’t try to bend loopholes. If your behavior makes the community worse for others, it’s a problem — and we’ll fix it.
