Before you enter
Open the competition and read its description, rules, dates, allowed entry types, and rewards. Competition-specific rules always take priority over this general guide.
You need to sign in with Discord and have a Minecraft account linked through the Enthusia account system before you can submit or vote.
Making an entry
- 01Open the competition while submissions are open.
- 02Choose the Minecraft account that owns the entry.
- 03Select an allowed entry type: solo, group, or guild.
- 04Add a clear title and description.
- 05Add contributors when the competition allows them.
- 06Upload screenshots, choose a cover image, and submit the entry for review.
You can keep editing a draft until you submit it. If staff requests changes, the entry will reopen for the allowed correction period.
Screenshots
There is no screenshot-count limit. Upload as many as the entry needs, but keep the set useful and avoid near-duplicates.
Each file must be a PNG or JPEG no larger than 8 MB. Images are checked before they are stored. Remove coordinates, waypoints, private chat, hidden base locations, or anything else you do not want published.
Staff review
Staff checks submitted entries for the competition rules, image safety, and required information. Approved entries continue to voting or judging. If changes are needed, the entry page will explain what to fix.
Community voting
If community voting is enabled, approved entries become visible when voting opens. Sign in, review the entries, and use the ballot shown on the competition page. The competition page lists how many choices you have and whether you can change them before voting closes.
You cannot vote with an unlinked account. Entry owners, main participants, judges, and guild members may also be restricted from voting for their own entry.
Judging
Some competitions use assigned judges instead of, or alongside, community voting. Judges score the published criteria. Private judge notes stay private; any feedback published with the results is shown without the judge's identity.
Results and rewards
Results are published only after staff completes the final checks. The finished competition page keeps placements, approved entries, public feedback, and published rewards together so they remain easy to find later.
